UPDATED April 29: Park Avenue Congregational Church (PACC), 50 Paul Revere St., was the host for a rummage sale Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Cash and debit/credit cards were accepted for payment, a news release said.

Merchandise available for purchase included adult and children’s clothing shoes, accessories, baby items, housewares, knickknacks, small appliances, toys, jewelry, books, media, records, games, sports equipment, and small prints and frames.

The popular bag sale was at 1 p.m., organizers said; an empty bag is purchased for $5 and could be filled with any merchandise. The site is handicapped-accessible.

 "The proceeds from the sale support the work of the church, which includes caring for our community as well as the Arlington community and the wider world," said organizer Taryn Hogan.

PACC welcomed everyone to attend its many other in-person and online events, as described on its website, PACC is at Park Avenue and Paul Revere Road (one block south of Mass. Ave. in Arlington Heights). It is easily reachable by foot from MBTA bus route 77.

Street parking was available along Park Avenue, Paul Revere Road and Wollaston Avenue.
