The town Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, to hold six hearings. This is planned to be a remote meeting only via Zoom. Register here >>  

According to the town website, "The ZBA hears and decides applications for special permits, petitions for variances from the terms of the zoning bylaws, site plan approvals as mandated by the zoning ordinance, and appeals from decisions of the Zoning Enforcement Officer (Building Commissioner). View the Arlington Zoning Bylaw and Zoning Map.

The ZBA also reviews comprehensive permit applications under Chapter 40B, the state's affordable-housing law..

Three of the six hearings planned in this agenda are continuations from older meetings.
